Description: I am sending this landscape by the Italian artist Tonino Gottarelli entitled "Just one symbol", cm 20,5x26,5, Acrylic and collage on wood, 1997. The painting is framed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity on photo and a catalog about the artist.
The art critic Vittorio Sgarbi, writes: "Gottarelli naturally initiates a synthetic, but faithful transcription of what he sees in front of him: roads, horizons, signs, hills, sky, lighting poles, in a great desolation where modern civilization is absorbed in the landscape that it has transformed. In that way, the traffic signs and the crosswalks are essential points of reference for the definition of the space and for the Gottarelli’s "writing" which is structured on some signs.
Few painters are as quiet, happy and fast, without hesitation as Gottarelli".
