She was born in Belgium, in Brussels in 1946, Suzanne Pirotte ( mainden name is De Nève ) done her artistic studies to the Fine art Academy of the "La Cambre" in Brussels and in René Carcan's workshop, etcher artist of international fame.

In 1967, she creates a workshop of printing for the etching color and works during 5 years for numerous artists.

From 1970 , Suzanne Pirotte dedicates herself to the creation of etching colors, following the technique and the teaching of the workshop of J. Friendlaënder in Paris, and of the workshop René Carcan in Brussels.
